Week 7: Spilling the Beane.

It was the silent week, no class both online or offline. So basically a catchup week. So that we could negate any fallbacks. So I did had one of such fallbacks. when it come to VoIP system. I spend almost 2 weeks trying to make my own port-forwarding server which ends up being an absolute waste of time. So I decided that I have to make up for it. On week 7 I decided to go for Vivox VoIP solution. Which is a simple and reliable solution for our immediate requirement.

I registered our project in Unity 3D and Imported the Vivox library. took the sample project and went through for some couple of hours. I managed to implement and get it working within a day, guess I could call it a proper negation of lost time. So what's left for us is to implement the VoIP system in to the game and activate it once the player enters the room.

For the week I also managed to implement the lighting for the room prefabs. I also redid the double room second floor. The lighting was a fun task to do as it gives

Transferable Skills Time Management Abilities : I managed to make the VoIP system functional on time despite the fact that I wasted 2 weeks hitting my head on the wall. Strong Work Ethics : During the project I got severely sick and got stress out about my health condition. But despite all of it I managed to reach and attain the goals I promised to my team.
