"JUICING"....

In this unit I came across studies about animation, audio. The matter becomes very important when It come to juicing and giving life to the projects, which is actually the point of making the project. The element that makes the projects alive are in fact very subtle and nearly unnoticeable and you only notice it absence once its missing.


There are multiple ways to juice a game in artistic sense. one of the most simples and most common methods is the use of particle systems. making good use out of particle system is the simplest way to give maximum feedback to the user about the action they does in the game environment. One is free and could use particle system to give realistic or non-realistic feedback for most of the action, the same applies to the use of trails as well.


The next method is the use of animations, Unity3D engine provides multiple ways to animate as well as making them. The animation system makes it extremely easy and convenient to create desired mix of audio, particles and functional feedback to the player to fill the void of involuntary expectation. Animations can be some times very stiff and constant some times but on the flipside its extremely useful in juicing.


Audio is the last but most important but the hardest or sophisticated way to juice a game. Auditory feedback is so common and human beings are very used it in such a level that a bit of mismatch or dissimilarity can cause an extreme level of dissatisfaction and even cognitive dissonance. But, if properly done it gives life to the whole of it, meaning to every thing the meets the eyes.


The all of the element of this magical and elegant form of beautification works in unison it creates elements of persona like souls, feel, atmosphere to your creation. This how the magic of JUICING works....
