Moving Bones (Noir Game Dev Dairy)

It was morning, woke up to the ringing of the alarm. I was 30min late.. rushed to the laptop, opened it, booting. got the link, got into the online class. there he was, almost began explaining. I just slid into the class like a cat into the kitchen. I was explaining about unity3D's animation system and how to properly implement it. He imported a model and started explaining how to implement position baking, by which I mean baking root motion is certain axis. he also detailed about the import settings that should be considered to setup a proper animation settings to the imported animation. Once the class is almost done, we began presenting our programming tutor the progress we have made during the past week. the past week we programmers were working on implementing behavior tree based AI. the process was very fun and feels very creative to execute and witness the AI in action. Our tutor went through our code and made corrective remarks about the presented structural design. but in over all our tutor was quit impressed by our progress. Later he have gone through our hack'n'plan sprint and noticed that the past week we were only focusing on AI and behavior three, he said there is always things to polish and perfect in a game and the process never ends. Later that night I hosted a meeting with the animation team to discuss matters regarding the progress, targets and goal of this project. I should mention that, the deaccession for conducting the meeting was made after the chat I had with my friend Anekith regarding the progress, engagement and response from animators side. during the meeting I tried my best to motivate the team, bring all of them together under a common goal, which is to create and have a stand in the industry.
